Weston Super Half on Sunday 4 October, the Beach Race on 16 to 18 October, then half term, carnival on 13 November and Fireworks at Sea on the 14th.
Two big seafront events frame October in Weston-super-Mare. The Weston Super Half closes roads along the front on Sunday 4 October, and the Weston Beach Race takes over the sand from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 October. Between them and after them, the theatres are busy, Weston Museum has a full half term, and November brings Remembrance Sunday on the 8th, the carnival on Friday 13th and Fireworks at Sea on Saturday 14th.
Everything below comes from the organisers’ own listings, all read on 29 September 2026. Each entry links to its source, so check it before you set off. A price is shown only where the organiser publishes one. For places that are open whatever the month, see our guide to things to do in North Somerset.
